Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. However, during the holiday season or promotional periods, we may experience a slightly prolonged fulfillment window. We will work our hardest to get orders out as soon as we possibly can. When your order ships, you’ll get a notification with tracking.
When your order ships, we send an automated shipping notification that includes the tracking number and tracking link. If you created an account at checkout, you can also see your order status in your account by clicking My Account at the top of this page.
Sometimes your tracking information will be updated if the shipment is out for delivery in your area. If you see that the tracking status reads as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, be sure to check with your neighbors or other members of your household. We’ve seen it take up to 2 days for a package to arrive that showed it was already delivered.
The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery.

Orders may be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once they have shipped, we cannot change order details or cancel them.

First – Sterilize the bottle(s) and its components. Since it is a glass bottle, you only need to sterilize before the first use. You are free to sterilize it as many time as you want but keep in mind that doing so will prematurely fade the color of the bottle. If this happens, the bottle is still 100% functional since the silicone layer is on the outside of the bottle.
Second – Once the bottle is sterilize and is ready to use, attach the nipple into the screw ring, pour the liquid into the bottle and screw it with the screw ring then cover the nipple with the hygienic cover until is ready to use.
We are very sorry that you are having issues with our glass bottle and we are working with our manufacturer to resolve it as soon as possible.
We have found that the issue with the screw ring getting loose is not the screw ring or the bottle itself but the nipple. Because our nipples are made from medical soft silicone, they require to be changed more often than a normal nipple, of course this will depend on the usage of it, so what happens is that the nipple gets old or overuse and the integrated vent system stops working so air comes inside the bottle causing pressure and this makes the screw ring get loose.
There is a simple test to verify this. Empty the bottle and remove the nipple and the screw ring. Now without the nipple put the screw ring back on the bottle and shake it, put it upside down, etc and you will find that the screw ring remains tight.
There are two options to this issue, replace the nipple with another of our nipples or go with a more durable one. Any standard wide neck nipple will fit in our bottles.
In the case of being the actual screw ring, we send a replacement for free.
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, the best thing to do is call USPS customer support to update the address with them before the item arrives. If the package is returned to us, we will have to ask you to cover the shipping for the replacement order.
