All babies have different preferences. However, we know some of our customers both breastfeed and bottle feed with no problem. It is important to use the correct bottle nipple flow size. You should choose the size based on your child’s age.
If baby has been breastfeeding, they are used to warm milk. Before a bottle feeding, warm up the contents by running under warm water or using a bottle warmer. Pour a few drops on your wrist to test the temperature. It should be slightly warmer than room temperature. Never microwave a bottle as it can warm unevenly and be too hot for baby and microwaving breast milk breaks down the proteins and it loses some of its quality.
If you are nursing, it is recommended that you focus solely on that for the first few weeks of baby’s life to get them accustomed to it and in a routine. Once that is established, you can introduce the bottle at any time. It may be awkward at first as this is a new experience for them.
First, talk to your doctor for recommendations. There are also a lot of great resources and helpful charts online that you can use as a guideline. Check out our blog post for a helpful chart and other tips.
Wawita bottle parts and most brands of breast pump parts are dishwasher safe on the top rack. However, it is highly encouraged to either wash by hand to ensure all bacteria and leftover residue is removed. You may also consider steam clean bags or a bottle steam cleaner to save time.
If your doctor has given the green light to start introducing rice cereal and purees (typically around 4-6 months) then yes. The medium and variable nipple flow rates work well with rice cereal.
Although our bottles are made with borosilicate, shatter resistant glass, they are not indestructible so please still use caution when using our product.
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. However, during the holiday season or promotional periods, we may experience a slightly prolonged fulfillment window. We will work our hardest to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.
Our standard shipping service is USPS First Class Package service and UPS Ground service. Most orders arrive at their destination within 4 business days of the initial scan. See more shipping details here.
If you purchased express shipping it will typically arrive within 2 business days of the initial scan.
Domestic orders (US ONLY) placed with a total value of $30 or more receive free standard shipping.
Domestic orders (US only) placed with a total value of $29.99 or less cost a flat fee of $5.99 for standard shipping.
Expedite shipping is available for certain products (US only) and it cost a flat fee of $9.99
Shipping rates for International orders (outside of the US) may vary depending on the destination and this will be calculated at the checkout page. The rate is calculated base on destination, size and weight of our products.

Once we ship your order, you will be automatically notified that it has left our facility via email. This email will also contain a tracking number and a direct link to track your package for your convenience.
Sometimes your tracking information will be updated if the shipment is out for delivery in your area. If you see that the tracking status reads as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, be sure to check with your neighbors or other members of your household. We’ve seen it take up to 2 days for a package to arrive that showed it was already delivered.
The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery.

Packages are scanned when they enter and leave a USPS facility. Sometimes a package will be a part of a large batch of shipments on a truck, plane, or otherwise on its way to a sorting facility. It means the package has not been scanned in a while, but is not lost and is on its way to you.

Yes, we do ship to international countries. We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 different continents and many different countries. The list of locations that we ship to and the associated shipping rates can be accessed in the drop-down menu at checkout.
No. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees will be assessed to the customer by their home country upon the order arriving and must be paid separately to receive your order. If you have any questions regarding this process, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Each order purchased directly from our store comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your product, please email us at email@example.com. We will provide detailed instructions on how to process the exchange or return.

Orders may be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once they have shipped, we cannot change order details or cancel them.

We currently accept credit cards (processed via Stripe), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All of our payment processors are secure and safe, and we do not have access to or store your payment data.
